Hi new followers! (And old followers too)
Just a quick snippet about ourselves!
We are a husband and wife lampwork glass team. We also dabble in Vinyl Printing/cutting/Designing, Sandblasting and 3D Printing! ALL of which you will see on our page!
Jason is the one who makes all the hollow work - pipes, rigs, puffco peak attachments, jars and orbs. He also makes 99% of the marbles. He also dabbles in sculptural hollow work.
He also Mostly in charge of our Instagram account and answers and posts and keeps up with it every day. He speaks for both of us over on IG!
Janelle is the one who makes all sculptural work- all animals! And mini pipe pendants and marbles And larger pipes. I also run the Facebook page for our glass- that means if you are talking to someone in messenger or in posts you are talking to me! But I speak for both of us!
We do collaborate on pieces often. Where one of us lacks on a project the other can generally pick up and do a better job. We also bring our own ideas together on pieces and come up with some epic stuff together.
We also both package orders And get them to the Post office!
We had been lampwork artists from 2008-2012. During that time we started from hotheads and soft glass bead making exclusively and ended with what we do now which is BORO hollow and solid work. We are mostly self taught, with the aid of the internet and a few sit in sessions with local glass artists.
We got back on the torch June of 2018 and have been making glass again since with this is our fulltime job! This is how we make a living And it is what we absolutely love to do every day!
We have 3 kids- 8, 16 and 20. We are a homeschool family for the last 11 years. We have 2 cats and 5 Chickens. We live in Albuquerque New Mexico. We love to go to the park and slackline. We love to camp!
