We ARE Taking custom orders on a limited bases. Please message if you are interested in us making you something.
General
If your item arrives broken Please let us know.
We will refund or replace as quick as we can.
We will pay for shipping.
If you EVER have an accident and break one of our items - or your kiddos, or your husband or your doggy or however it gets broken - please let us know. We will replace it. Either we can ship it with your next order or we ask that you pay shipping. $3.27 is our shipping rate. (this does not apply to smokeware like puffco tops and others like that)
If your item is stolen or muggled while hiding - let us know with a picture of your hide. We will replace it to the best of our ability. Either we can ship it with your next order or we ask that you pay shipping. $3.27 is our shipping rate.
If you are ever unhappy with your order and just plain don’t like the item you get.
Please let us know. We will see what we can do to make it right.

Shipping Policy
We ship through USPS through the cheapest possible way to do so.
We offer tracking on all packages. I usually message tracking to your facebook messages. If you don’t receive this message - you should get one in your email. Or just ask. :)
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Orders over $200 will get insurance and be shipped through Priority shipping. We will also put signature confirmation on them.
Mystery Pack Policy
If you order a Mystery pack please Keep your expectations in line with what you are ordering. Most of the packs are pricing the items at $3-$25each. If you are ever unhappy with what is in your pack - ask yourself if that item is worth at least $3-$25 and I bet your answer will be yes.
If you are absolutely unhappy with your mystery pack items. We will Refund your order. And you will not be able to order mystery packs again.
We choose the items that go in Mystery packs. That’s the whole point of them.
Mystery Pack pricing does not apply to the items when sold individually.
